Spicy Corn And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (17 oz.) cans corn, drained
    1 (15 oz.) can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (16 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 red bell pepper, cut in strips
    1/2 to 3/4 c. medium salsa
Preparation
    Put onion in a microwavable casserole, covered, and microwave on High for 2 1/2 minutes.
