4 Tbsp. Promise margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple slices in juice
small jar maraschino cherries
Preparation

Melt margarine in a 10-inch black iron skillet.
Add brown sugar and mix until smooth.
Lay pineapple slices in mixture (don't overlap) (save juice for liquid in cake mix).
Place a maraschino cherry in the center of each pineapple ring.
