Chocolate Coconut Crunches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix with pudding
1 c. margarine
2 eggs
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. crushed corn flakes or other cereal flakes
1 c. rolled oats
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine cake mix, margarine and eggs; mix well.
Add coconut, walnuts, cornflakes, rolled oats and chocolate chips; mix well.
Drop dough by rounded teaspoon at 2-inches apart onto a greased cookie sheet.
Flatten with glass dipped in sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 12 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute.
Remove from cookie sheet.
Makes 5 dozen cookies.
