Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    4 eggs
    4 1/2 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Mix butter, milk, salt and sugar.
    Melt in pan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Mix yeast with 1/2 cup warm water and let foam.
    Mix all ingredients and let rise for 5 hours in a warm spot.
    Punch down. Make rolls and let rise again.
    Then bake in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    May keep spare dough in refrigerator after punched down until ready to use.
