Apple Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
4 Tbsp. melted butter
2 apples (unpeeled), diced
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Beat together milk, egg and butter.
Add to dry ingredients with apples; stir just to moisten.
Grease 9-inch square pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
