Sandra'S Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) boxes mixed vegetables or 1 big bag vegetables
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. celery
1 c. onions
14 or more saltine crackers
Preparation

Cook vegetables and drain (can be cooked in microwave).
In a separate bowl, mix the other ingredients.
Melt 1 stick of butter or margarine.
Add about 14 or more crushed saltine crackers (enough to thicken butter).
Put vegetables in casserole dish.
Add rest of ingredients and stir all together.
Pour melted butter with crushed crackers over the top.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes. Will serve 6 to 8 people.
