Raisin And Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. flour
dash of salt
3/4 c. sour milk (1 Tbsp. vinegar to 1 c. milk)
1 c. ground raisins
1 whole ground orange

Preparation

Cream sugar and Crisco together. Add eggs. Sift soda, flour and salt together. Add alternately with sour milk. Add raisins and ground orange. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Makes 2 layers.
