Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. soda
    2 c. flour
    1 1/3 c. cut rhubarb
    1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Cream sugar, margarine and egg.
    Add vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with milk and vinegar.
    Fold in rhubarb and walnuts.
    Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan for 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar if desired before baking.
