Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Shoepeg corn, drained
    1 can French style green beans, drained
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 small jar pimentos, drained
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 c. mild Cheddar cheese
    1 stick margarine
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Melt butter in baking dish.
    Once melted, combine all ingredients, except Ritz crackers.
    Crumble Ritz crackers on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
