Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. grated carrots
    8 1/2 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix in large bowl, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
    In separate bowl, mix sugar, oil and eggs, then add to dry ingredients and mix together. Fold in carrots, pineapple, nuts and raisins.
    Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan and bake for 1 hour.
    Frost with cream cheese frosting.
