Smothered Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1 large onion
    flour
    1 pkg. beefy onion soup
    meat tenderizer
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut round steak into serving size pieces.
    Sprinkle with meat tenderizer.
    Let sit 10 minutes.
    Flour meat.
    Put meat and sliced onion in large skillet with enough oil to cook.
    When meat is done, remove meat and onion from skillet.
