Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Place cauliflower in 1 1/2-quart glass casserole.
Add water; cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
Microwave on High for 8 to 9 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Combine mayonnaise, onion and mustard in small mixing bowl.
Spoon on top of cauliflower. Sprinkle with cheese.
Microwave on Roast for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes to melt cheese.
Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
