5 Hour Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. stew beef
4 carrots
4 potatoes
4 stalks celery
2 onions
1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 can beef consomm
3 1/2 Tbsp. tapioca
Preparation

Cut vegetables as you prefer for stew. Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven. Bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours.
