Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can sweet potatoes
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks margarine, softened
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. pecans, chopped
3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, 3/4 stick margarine, nutmeg, milk and cinnamon with mixer.
Pour into baking dish.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 300\u00b0 or until about firm.
Melt remaining butter, brown sugar, pecans and corn flake crumbs.
Spread over souffle. Bake for 15 minutes more.
Yields 6 servings.
