Italian Turkey Stuffing(9 Pound Turkey) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked and salted rice
    3/4 lb. sweet Italian sausage
    2 medium cloves garlic
    1/4 stale grinder bread (substitute 3 slices toast)
    parsley
    raisins (optional)
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Place rice in a large bowl.
    Cool.
    Add remaining ingredients, except bread.
    Soak bread in lukewarm water until soft.
    Squeeze a little water out and add to bowl.
    Mix well.
    Works best if allowed to set overnight 1 or 2 days before stuffing.
    Add salt to taste.
    Stuff just before baking.
