Ricotta Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    4 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. Ricotta (1 lb.)
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream the margarine
    and sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, and beat well. Sift dry ingredients together.
    Alternate dry ingredients with Ricotta and vanilla in the margarine and sugar. Drop by tablespoon on lightly greased sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes. After cooled, use powdered sugar icing to ice and you can add sprinkles.
