English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 can English peas, drained
    Ritz crackers
    4 Tbsp. butter
    grated cheese
    1 can mushrooms
Preparation
    Melt butter; add flour and cook until blended.
    Heat milk; blend in flour and butter mixture and cook until thick.
    Add cheese; mix with peas and mushrooms.
    Cover with cracker crumbs. Bake 25 minutes in a 300\u00b0 oven.
