Sour Orange Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. cornstarch
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. boiling water
    meringue
    2/3 c. sour orange juice
    1/2 tsp. grated orange rind (use slightly more if using sweet oranges)
    1 drop orange food coloring
    2 baked pie shells
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt together.
    Add boiling water, juice and grated rind.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Pour into baked pie shells and chill.
