Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. white corn meal
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sweet milk
    3 egg yolks, well beaten
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Pour water over corn meal.
    Add butter and salt.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add milk, egg yolks and baking powder, then fold in the stiffly beaten whites of 3 eggs.
    Pour into a greased Pyrex baking dish and bake 50 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
