Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. pumpkin
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. melted butter
1 1/4 c. Carnation milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix together the pumpkin and eggs.
Mix all dry ingredients and add to pumpkin and egg mixture. Add the butter, Carnation milk and vanilla.
Mix well and pour into unbaked pie shells.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Yields three 9-inch pies.
