Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium zucchini, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
1/2 c. margarine (1 stick), melted
Preparation

Parboil zucchini and onion, about 5 minutes.
Mix soup and sour cream.
Mix margarine and dressing.
Layer in casserole dish, dressing on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
