Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream-style corn
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 c. meal
1/2 c. oil
1 large onion, chopped
bell pepper, chopped
chopped jalapeno peppers (to taste)
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients (save enough cheese to sprinkle over top). Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
