Sausage Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2-3 lbs. sausage
    1 onion
    1 or 2 tbsp. oil
    1 lb. frozen green beans or peas
    1 c. water
    1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
    4-5 med. potatoes, peel and cut in large cubes
    2 tbsp. grated Romano
Preparation
    Cut sausage in 1/2 pieces.
    Brown in pot with oil and water. Takes approx. 25 mins.
    After browned, add potatoes, onion, crushed tomatoes, cheese and another cup of water to simmer.
    Add vegetables and cook till tender.
