Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped hot pepper
2 bell peppers, chopped
6 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
2 bottles Certo
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

In saucepan, boil chopped peppers, vinegar, sugar and salt for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add the Certo, bring to a boil, then add red or green food coloring.
Pour into jars.
