Chicken Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. 12 oz. Kraft Velveeta shells and cheese dinner
1 to 1-1/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
1 c. milk
1-1/2 c. water
Preparation

Spray large skillet with cooking spray.
Add chicken cubes, cook on medium-high for 5 minutes or until cooked through; stirring occasionally.
Add milk, water and shells; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium low; cover.
Simmer 15 minutes or until shells are tender stirring occasionally.
Add cheese sauce; stir until well blended.
