Fluffy Tapioca Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg yolk
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat the egg white until foamy.
    Add 2 tablespoons sugar, beating constantly, until the meringue will stand in soft peaks. Set aside.
