Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 large spareribs
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. apple juice
2 Tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. ketchup
Preparation

Cut spareribs in half.
Brown on all sides in frying pan.
Set aside. In small dish, add flour to mustard to make a paste. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Place ribs in baking dish. Pour sauce mixture over ribs.
Cover.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove cover.
Bake 1 hour longer. Baste every 15 to 20 minutes, until done.
