Low Sugar Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box graham crackers
    3 c. low fat milk
    2 small. pkg. sugar free/fat free instant vanilla pudding
    1 container Lite Cool Whip (9 oz.)
Preparation
    Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with graham crackers.
    Mix milk with vanilla pudding.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Pour 1/2 of mixture over the graham crackers.
    Add a second layer of crackers.
    Pour remaining pudding mixture over crackers and then add a third layer of graham crackers.
