Hard Boiled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Eggs
Preparation
    Place the desired number of large eggs in a single layer in a saucepan.
    Add enough water to cover one inch above the eggs. Bring water just to a boil.
    Remove pan from heat, cover and let eggs stand 15 minutes.
    Carefully drain eggs into a colander and immediately run cold water over them, (or place them in ice water until completely cooled).
