Hash Brown Potato Hot Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. frozen hash browned potatoes
1/3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut up in bowl
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. onion, chopped
green pepper (optional)
pimento (optional)
grated cheese for topping
Preparation

Mix all
together.
Pour
in greased 9 x 13-inch casserole. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top as you take out of oven.
