Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 German chocolate or Swiss cake mix
1/2 c. margarine
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 lb. powdered sugar (2 c.)
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease 15 x 11 x 2-inch pan.
Spread coconut on bottom.
Spread pecans on top of coconut.
Prepare cake mix as directed.
Pour over nuts and coconut.
