Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced apples
2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
-
Pour sugar over apples and mix thoroughly.
Add remaining ingredients and mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cake shrinks from edge of pan (over 1 hour).
