Roquefort Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 oz. Roquefort cheese, crumbled
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    few drops liquid hot pepper seasoning
    dash of cayenne pepper
    3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine cheeses.
    Blend in next four ingredients.
    Chill. Shape in a roll 1 1/2-inches in diameter.
    Coat with nuts.
    Wrap in wax paper.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Slice and serve with crackers.
    Makes about 1 cup spread.
