Tostados - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    20 oz. kidney beans, drained
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    6 corn tortillas
    1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
Preparation
    Crumble and brown sausage.
    Drain all but 2 tablespoons fat. Fry beans, add sausage, seasonings and mix.
    Lay tortillas on pan. Spread with sausage mix.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until cheese melts.
