Pork Chops With Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 Tbsp. orange juice frozen concentrate
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 to 2 Tbsp. white wine
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Brown pork chops on both sides in a frying pan with a little oil.
    Take pork chops out of frying pan.
    Add all other ingredients and mix together.
    Put pork chops back in frying pan and cover.
    Simmer until done.
