Banana Coffee Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. unsalted butter, room temperature
    1 c. sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 1/2 c. very ripe bananas (about 3), mashed with fork
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cooks Note:
    Bananas must be over ripe.
    Do not use a blender or food processor to mash bananas, as it almost liquefies them.
