Creamy Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. hot mashed potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped pimientos
    1 whole egg and 2 egg whites, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine cheese and potatoes.
    Then add the rest of the ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in a 2-quart casserole for about 45 minutes.
    Put butter and chives on top.
