Soy Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cooking oil
3 beaten eggs
1 bunch green onions, sliced
14 oz. box Minute Rice, cooked (or 1 c. regular rice, cooked and drained)
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. cooked diced shrimp or 1 c. cooked diced pork
Preparation

Heat oil.
Add eggs, mixing constantly while breaking up with a fork.
Add eggs and onions to rice with soy sauce to color rice brown.
Add diced shrimp or pork.
Blend very well and serve hot.
