Sunday Morning Sausage Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Deans country sausage
    2 beaten eggs
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 1/2 c. fine, dry toast crumbs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly butter a 9-inch ring mold.
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Pack into mold and bake 20 minutes.
    Take from oven and pour off any excess fat.
    Bake 20 minutes more.
    Turn onto heated platter and fill center with scrambled eggs (8 to 12 eggs).
