Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. lasagna noodles
    3 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    1 medium onion
    2 1/2 c. water
    4 sprigs parsley (optional)
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Sauce:
    Brown meat in oil.
    Add diced onion, tomato paste, water, parsley, salt, pepper and bay leaves.
    Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
    Arrange in large baking dish in layers as follows:
    sauce, noodles, Ricotta and Mozzarella cheese.
    Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 20 minutes, or until cheese on top is melted.
