1 1/4 lb. frozen asparagus, thawed and cut
1/2 lb. pasteurized process cheese, cubed
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted and divided
1 c. buttery cracker crumbs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine asparagus, cheese and 1/4 cup butter.
Spoon mixture into 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
