Skillet Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken pieces, skinned
3 c. sliced mushrooms
4 medium carrots, peeled and sliced 1/2-inch thick
2 c. water or more if needed
3/4 c. rice
1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Spray electric frying pan with Pam.
Brown chicken on all sides for 15 minutes.
Remove chicken.
Add mushrooms, carrots, water, rice, onion, bouillon, poultry seasoning and salt.
Place chicken on top of rice mixture.
Cover.
Simmer 30 minutes.
