Ham Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs
dash of salt
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Heat water and butter to a rolling boil in a 3-quart saucepan.
Stir in flour and stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball (about one minute).
Beat in the eggs (4) all at once until smooth and glossy.
Drop dough by slightly rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake until puffed, golden brown and dry, about 25 minutes.
Cool on wire racks.
