Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive or canola oil
    1 1/2 c. long-grain rice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. rice sauce
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation
    Place oil in medium skillet that has a tight-fitting lid. Heat about 2 minutes on medium-high.
    Add rice and brown about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
