Apple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. golden raisins
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. cake flour, sifted
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts, chopped
    2 c. peeled apples, finely chopped
Preparation
    Beat oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla until well blended.
    Combine dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture, beating well.
    Stir in apples, nuts and raisins.
    Spoon batter into greased and floured 10-inch tube or Bundt pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
    Let cake cool in pan 10 minutes before removing from pan.
