Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

2 c. mashed pumpkin
1 c. milk
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. molasses
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
1/4 tsp. powdered cloves
1/4 c. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix cooked mashed pumpkin with milk and sugar.
Add oil and molasses.
Mix the cornstarch with the spices and stir in.
Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
Bake in a hot oven (425\u00b0) for ten minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 40 to 50 minutes until filling is set in the middle.
