Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oleo
    4 Tbsp. molasses
    pinch of salt
    1 egg, beaten
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. each: cloves, ginger and cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream together oleo and sugar; add molasses and egg.
    Beat well.
    Add dry ingredients; blend well.
    Roll in small balls; dip in sugar.
    Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
    Dough works better if refrigerated for an hour.
