Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. vodka
5 c. sugar
5 c. water
3 oz. instant coffee (not freeze-dried)
3 vanilla beans

Preparation

Mix ingredients in gallon glass jar.
Slit vanilla beans French-style.
Scrape out seeds.
Add to mixture.
Stir every other day for 4 weeks.
Strain and bottle.
