Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium white or red potatoes
    6 oz. salt pork
    3 small onions, chopped
    1 c. chopped clams
    2 c. clam juice
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Dice potatoes.
    Brown salt pork in a 2-quart pot.
    Add onions, potatoes and chopped clams.
    Cover with clam juice and water. Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 20 minutes.
