Noodle Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. noodles
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. raisins
    3/4 c. nuts, chopped
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Cook noodles as directed on package.
    Drain well.
    Add sugar, raisins, nuts, salt and eggs.
    Melt butter in baking pan (about 8 x 12-inch).
    Grease pan; pour rest in noodle mixture.
    Blend well and spread mixture in baking pan.
    Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon. Bake in moderate oven at 375\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until browned. Very good warm or cold.
    Try with diced apples.
